Group Approvals
Some requests may require additional review and approval prior to purchase.
1. Routing Selections - The Routing Selections section allows a request to be routed to one of 3 additional approval authorities. Any reviewer of a request may identify the request as need additional approval. During most phases of the approval process the Routing Selections section will be collapsed and can be expanded by clicking on the plus sign to the right of the Routing Selection Header.
Group Approvals normally occur after Department level approval and prior to AO approval. However at any point in the approval process a request may be sent to one of the Group approval sections. Please note that any request identified as needing Group approval after Department level approval will not be allowed to continue until the Group approval activity has been completed.
